A project researched and developed in close partnership with the City of Miami, Code for America, and community organizations in Miami.

GetHousing is an open map of Affordable Housing in the US starting in Miami. My team and I worked with the city of Miami to track certified Affordable Housing developers.

We utilized data from the City of Miam's Open Data portal to create an initial dataset. We then built an early open-source prototype of our platform solution by building a Rails API with a React.js front-end.

We provided the City of Miami's Office of Innovation with guidance on how to scale, and integrate a custom solution into their current tech stake.
